4. Refund Policy

Refunds are strictly governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Key points include:

• Refunds are only available within 24 hours of payment.
• After 24 hours, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

1. Generate QR codes pointing to illegal, malicious, or explicit content.
2. Distribute malware, viruses, or any other harmful code.
3. Violate any local, national, or international law.
4. Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of QR Monkey and its licensors. User-generated content remains the property of the user, but you grant us a license to host and serve it as necessary for the Service.
